f/ pain and degrade dares for pic blog

I have a tumblr blog and need dares for pictures. the dares should be around body writing, tit, nipple and labia pain.
especially hard streching, squeezing, pulling or pushing. I saw pictures of self torture with trowels, books or other tools. rough pulling of tits with ropes, udder training etc....
the dares can include before and after pictures. they just must be creative and really from a degrading point of view.

I have many tools at home and I can also organise almost everything.

limits are face, blood, needles
