Drink 5 liters of water. Now make a duct-tape panties. No thongs, real panties, to cover everything precisely. Keep this on for four hours. If you will be able to not to pee, good for you. If you need to pee, then do it in the panties without taking them down for the remaining time + 1 hour. If you do not have enought time for this whole routine, do this all in public. And yes, I know you do have a public in your limits. But I believe you can hide it fine enough.
