If you want do exercises you have to drink enough water. So drink 1 or 2 litres (4 to 8.5 US cups) over the course of the day. Don't go to the loo. As soon as you feel the urge to pee, you're ready to start exercising ;-)

Choose any outfit to wear, but keep in mind there's a chance to wet yourself, so if you don't like stuff too messy you'll better get naked and exercise in a suitable environment.

Let's begin:
Roll a die to determine which exercise to do:
1 - press ups, 3 sets of 10
2 - sit-ups, 3 sets of 40
3 - jumping jacks, 2 sets of 50
4 - triceps dips, 3 sets of 20
5 - rope skipping, 1 set of 100
6 - squats, 3 sets of 15

Take a ten minute break. Remember you're still not allowed to go to the loo.
Roll a die. If you roll a five or six, you can stop. Else you will have to do another round. Roll again for the type of exercise as above. Should you eventually have to pee, but are still exercising, don't stop, just let it out. Once you either rolled a 5 or 6 or have peed you can stop and are done. Have fun ;-)
