Workout Signature Challenge [GetDare Gym]
Hi everyone, this is my first post and I really hope you like it .
For this challenge, you simply have to order the person above to do a simple set of some exercise (for example: do 10 pushups for every pm you get) and write that on their Signature. The idea is to make the getdare community a really sexy and fit one . Try to make easy sets, so that it's something that people would actually do and get motivated. PLUS: We can make this a game. Let's say you are just starting to exercise and can't do several sets of 20 pushups. You can write in your signature "Level 1 GetDare Gym Member" so that everyone know what kind of exercise you are willing to do. After a couple weeks or so you can get promoted so you can keep getting better and better. If you have some equipment write that as well. You can pick what level you start. Level 1: 10 reps per set max. Level 2: 15 reps per set. Level 3: 20 reps per set. PLUS #2: Make an album of your progress . For me, i'll be a Level 1.
