Make me pee my pants

I am going to start holding soon and would like ideas to make it as hard as possible. I always hold it for hours as i seem to have a strong bladder so see if you can make me lose control before i let go voluntarily.

As preparation i am peeing as often as possible and drinking a pint of juice every time i pee to make my bladder fill faster when i start and am also doing a dare of having to cum every 30 mins for 5 hours without peeing. See if any of you guys can make it harder for me and make me lose control sooner.

As an example, tying my ankles together to restrict movement.

I may refuse some challenges if i don't have the equipment or it is against any dislikes i haven't listed.

Likes: pee, pee holding, peeing in clothes, messy, cumming in pants, diapers

Dislikes: any pain, ice, scat, anal
