[Dare] Yet Another Loser Has To

I thought i 'll try a variation of the Loser Has To... thread.
This is how it works:
The first person set what the loser will have to do (ie: slave for a day)
The second person say I'm in.
The third person set a dare for both, and in view of their report, he'll decide who's the winner.
The third person can start a new or not.

The loser will spank each of his ass each 200 times.
