It's going to feel quite strange to not post up results each day; I've benefited from the discipline! Also, today is my last day? I think in my enthusiasm I must have started a day early.
Day 28: Water +2 Sleep +1 Food -2 Exercise +4 Weight loss +2 Total: 170 I will break one of my stricter food rules shortly when I eat, but it's roast potato so I just gotta do it! I will still be well under my calorie limit as I've been off colour today and not had much. So, the end! Very surprised how it's gone and will be mulling over the totals for each element in a blog. Looking forward to the December challenge, and hope to see you back for that. It's been nice going along with you guys, wondering how you're doing and getting on. Thank you.

@Marissa- It's not my right or will to tell you how to feel, but if I may offer a different viewpoint; it's easy, sadly far, far, too easy, for things in life to go off track. Life is beautiful, but also relentless. Maybe the things you mentioned aren't dragging you down. Maybe as you're starting to heal and take more notice, you're gaining an awareness of other aspects that need work. It's painful, and it can be demoralizing. However, it's also essential knowledge to help you in your next steps, and better to go through now than be hit with later.
I don't expect my opinion is worth much, and that's good, but from what little I know of you and what you have to contend with, I'm impressed, think you've done bloody well, and it has been humbling to do this challenge with you (and everyone). Thank you.

Small progress is still progress!!!
Plus changing your eating and drinking habits takes a lot, and is the first start to getting healthier. This challenge was not made to be easy, it was made go CHALLENGE yourself! Please don't be discouraged, as I've been struggling for a year to lose weight and have only lost 25lbs. I've been having to slowly change my habits including eating at drinking. This time last year I probably walked an average of 4,000 steps a day. Maybe. Just stay motivated, especially now that you know the areas you need to work on!
