ok, simple task. Lay your ruler flat on your stomach, so 1 inch hangs over clit. Then pressing one hand into it so it stays on your, pull the tip back as far asa you can, then release it. Repeat for a total of 5 hits, then slide the ruler down and inch and repeat the 5 hits, and adding an inch, until it's just too difficult to hold against you.
