repeat this 4 times.

Clearly you need more help to reach your goal, so lets start off with 50 squats. Then to help you keep loosing add 50 * (3 - distance to weight goal) everyday.
And than for fun why don't you move yourself 3 miles everyday walking, jogging, running, bike riding it doesn't matter as long as you keep moving |
