Hi all
Me and my girl Emma are looking at breast enlargement (discription in signature) I was going to go to a 34HH and her a 34JJ. I always wanted bigger tits and she said she must be the biggest out of us three that's why we are looking at this, I was just wondering if I could get the prespective of the Gd community on this?

Doctors has said that G is the biggest we can go, also it will 20k for the 2 of us to do and Emma wants a nipple extension for a extra 5k

Mine are only DD and they are a huge pain. The back pain sucks, boobs make all shirts fit weird (don't think about shirts with words on it), it hurts to lay on your stomach, if you wanted to exercise you need at least 2 good sports bras and they still bounce around.

Sure boobs are fun, but be realistic and smart. You don't want to spend a bunch of money putting watermelons on your chest, just to have to get them taken off due to the negative effects of them.

I agree with Marshmallow, huge boobs suck. They may seem like a good idea now, but I'm a natural 36E (or DDD depending on the brand of bra) and it's miserable. I have to buy shirts extra large then have them altered to fit my waist. Finding bras in a store, well, that doesn't happen. All of mine are special order and very expensive because of that. Dresses never fit right, swimsuits are a joke. I have chronic back and shoulder problems that a neurosurgeon has attributed to my large breasts compared to the rest of my body. I'm actually saving up for a breast reduction because it's just miserable.

Thanks to marshemellow and shellie for pointing out he back pain issue which I hadn't t really considered, I buy mostly custom clothing or very cheap clothing anyway so that's not a problem, but bras I rarely wear can I ask is that still feasible? I am used to them bouncing and being in the way when excising and kind of like it but if I have to wear bra constantly then it is most likely a bust, so if I could get your advice on that it would be great,

Days a lot of guys I talk to love big tits bigger is better to them so can I ask how big do you think is to big?

I was never good in these "measurements" and I can't tell what size is too big as I don't simply get it. But I don't like big ones, personally. Moreover, I don't look just on breasts, but on body in general. I prefer proportional size.

HH and JJ is way too big, it looks weird and like stated above it's uncomfortable and unpracticle for yourself. I would say no

As a guy, I can't fully comment on how practical bigger boobs would be, but to answer your second comment first, with boobs that big I'd expect you'd have to wear a bra most of the time.
I read the descriptions of you girls and in my opinion, all of C, B and D cup boobs are better than HH and JJ.
All boobs are great, don't get me wrong, but for some reason, I prefer the look of smaller than average to bigger than average if I could choose. And I believe even the people who like the look of big boobs would subconsciously prefer real boobs to fake massive boobs.
I know its not her decision ultimately, but what are Kallen's thoughts on you two wanting to change your bodies, leaving her with much smaller boobs?

Hs scgd, I hate bra so if you are correct then I won't do that, she loves her small tits and prefers them but her opinion is that if we want bigger boobs then that's up to us but we should go get it. I would like real that big but can't have them, and the surgeon is one of the best there is

I totally hear what everyone is saying, but can I suggest also that if you're all committed to the idea then it's entirely possible to make it work.

Yes it means some changes to how you might do things, and it comes with some downsides, but if you're prepared to work through those things to achieve the desired end result it is possible. It is really important though to consider all of the points that people have raised and make sure that if you're going to do it, you're doing it for the right reasons and with the right expectations.

I don't really have an opinion on sizing seeing as it's really up to you, and I think you should go for whatever you like. One thing I have heard about boob jobs (from my best friend, who went from an A to a D about 18 months ago) is that you lose a lot of sensation. I'm not sure if that's permanent, or true for all women, but it might be worth taking into consideration if you and your girlfriend particularly enjoy playing with each others boobs. Oh, and for those saying that all fake boobs look unnatural, I'm not inclined to agree; the friend I mentioned is a UK size 6/8, and her D cups look perfectly natural. I think it depends on the shape of the implants used.
