The Pain Game!

I'm not sure if this has been done before but I haven't seen it anywhere. And I thought it was about time I started up a Lounge game.

Basically, I'll start with an image of something which would be painful.

All you've got to do is post something which would be just as painful or twice as painful. You can do this by posting an image, or you could be creative and write a paragraph describing something (make sure it's realistic..ish though).

So let the pain game begin!
