Alright this one is simple and quick, all you need is a rubber band and 2 dice.

Roll the dice and add the two values, this is how many rounds you will play (for extra hard times the two dice values instead).

Roll the dice again, the first value is the spot you will be snapping the rubber band against and the second value is how many times. This counts as 1 round.

Here is the corresponding spots:
1. left nipple
2. right nipple
3. cock shaft
4. asshole
5. balls
6. glans
