Default Make my Runs Painful and Humiliating

As a part of my New Year's resolutions I've decided that I wanted to start running, but I've also decided to be more of a kinky slut than ever this year so I decided to combine the two! I'm looking for ways to make my runs painful/humiliating/etc. In March I'm doing a 5K, and any dares for that are also welcome. Anything from what to wear, tasks to do along the trail, or anything else you can think of are acceptable. I go running 3x a week on a nature trail.

I will be happy to give some ideas.

Complete one run in just a bathing suit.

Complete one run in a wedgie under your clothes

Do one run wearing a tack bra

On one run start removing an article of clothing every half mile till your as naked as your willing. Once you hit that point take a picture and then start running back to find your clothes. Hopefully there still there.

Do one run with a butt plug inserted.

On one run each time you drink water you have to rub your open bottle along your pussy before drinking.

I'll be following this thread with interest. I've been an occasional runner for about ten years, but after this Christmas I really need to get back on it! I look forward to hearing how your painful and humiliating runs go, and will think of some ideas for you (and me!) when I go out on my next run.

Here's one to start you on your goal to 5K. Take five clothes pins/pegs. Place them on your nipples or pussy, as you wish. You may remove one pin after every kilometre you complete (and that means fully running, no walking).

As you probably won't hit 5K straight away, your runs will inevitably end with pins/pegs still on. They must stay on for twenty minutes after you finish your run. In time, you will be able to remove the final peg at the triumphant completion of your 5K.

As another idea to encourage you to complete your runs:
  • If you slow down to a walk, you have to keep your tits out whilst you are walking
  • If you have to stop entirely, you have to strip nude - you may get dressed after running for 5 minutes

As for other dares:
  • Wear a collar and short leash whilst running
  • At the furthest point of your run, either roll around in mud, or throw all your outer clothes in mud
  • Do a run in a rope harness (whether visible or not)
  • Spend a run listening to porn (loudly) over your headphones

I suppose that with such a weight your tits would be heavy and swaying, so you will run always braless and covering your tits only with a white cotton t-shirt (except, of course, when applying the given rules to wear a tack bra or expose your tits). If, at half your run, the fabric on your tits will not be soaked in sweat, you'll soak it with water.

Of course you can use your hands both to keep your tits from swaying or cover the wet see-through.
