Sorry for finding this so late. Since you didn't get any other dares, I'll give you 3 (meant to be done in order in the same day if possible)

1. Give yourself a permanent wedgie by tying a rope or belt through the back leg holes, over your shoulders, and through the front leg holes. Keep it in for at least 4 hours.
2. Give yourself 20 squeaky clean wedgies
3. Give yourself a dangling wedgie with only your touchibg the ground for 10 minutes.

My favorite dare to break in new underwear:

Get into a dangling wedgie where you literally only have your big toes touching the ground. You goal is to make yourself be able to stand on the ground with your feet completely flat by jumping and squirming around till your underwear stretches enough. Repeat this three times.
