Ideas for Hypnotic Triggers/Suggestions

I have a hypnosis trigger which allows me to create hypnosis triggers and suggestions to implant within myself. I am looking for ideas for this. Either ones I can use on here, myself or even for you to use on me.

I must admit I'm not 100% clear on what you mean by hypnosis trigger in this context, so I'm guessing you mean something that could be triggered accidentally? Though I might be wrong in my assumption.

Perhaps whenever you hear or read the name of a bondage adjacent item you have to edge within the next 15 minutes (e.g. collar, handcuffs, restraints, whip,...).

If I'm interpreting this wrong just correct me and I'll come up with something different.

It's hard to explain lol. Basically I can make triggers and hypnotic suggestions; to use on myself
