Hi Buttgirl,

I would like you to start with a simple enema to get clean, after that I want you to insert your Ben-Wa Balls and continue with a big enema. I don't know how much you can take but I think of something like a 2 l Volume. You should use your inflatable enema nozzle- and take a large soap suds enema. Use body safe soap! I like Dr Bronners Peppermint the best...
