For a dare i lost i have to create a thread were I ask for CBT punishments
I also have to put the link to it in my signature

So I am asking for CBT punishments

I also have to ask 5 getdare users for punishments and continue until I have 5 punishments.

If I dont collect 5 punishments (exclusive the dare giver's) in a week, I have to add one punishment per day after that

I will be starting a blog to keep track of these punishments and i need to send proof to the dare giver for each dare.

The dare i was given already is
use a rubber band - 10 snaps on each ball followed by 5 x smash of a wooden spoon each ball.

Then torture the next ball by hitting the ball 10x with the heel of the shoe.
If the pain has gone in 15 sec, do it again.

I did this with one of my high heels because my wife can not wear heels due to a knee injury. I used a platform style boot instead of a stiletto because the stiletto could be too dangerous.
Squishing my left ball left it numb and throbbing. Then I spanked my right ball with the heel 10 times hard. This pain was throbbing but stung more than numbing it.
15 seconds later I was still very sore so did not do it again

Coat your balls and cock in icy hot or toothpaste, run it under water for 5 seconds and start flicking. Anything less than 50 on each ball means you will have to redo it again but run the water for an extra 5 seconds everytime you fail.

If you can easily hit 50, congrats! I would suggest bumping the number around to match what is reasonable for you though so if 50 is basically impossible, lower it so it is difficult but doable.
