Cheap slave meals

Hey all, I am looking for suggestions for cheap slave meals I can have on the regular, preferably somewhat bland/boring but something that can keep me going at work, looking for ideas for breakfasts and lunches, thanks

Most bland and boring food I could think of for breakfast is oatmeal. Regular, plain oatmeal. Dunno how well it'll do at getting you through the day til lunch.

Dog food is good it kinda has taste bit pretty bland, you may need to add things for valence meal. You can also get a cheap spam they tend to have lots of salt or just a flavorless smoothie

Have a look at soylent, I believe there is a flavorless version.

It’s got all the nutrients and everything you need, it’s powder you mix into a drink, but I supposed if you really want to suffer, you could make it into a paste
