1 Remove your panties before entering the toilet.
2 Remove your panties after using the toilet, you can only put them back on when you use a different set of toilet at least 20 mins later.
3 You must use the toilet topless.
4 Roll again and also do 20 squats once in the toilet before using it.
5 Edge yourself for two mins before using the toilet.
6 Edge yourself for two mins after using the toilet.
