Hello getdare community, I am making this thread to get ideas on how to save money when it comes to sissy/xdressing shopping. I don't have the money or time to go out and buy cloths all the time. I know there are other people with the same problem. I was wondering if anyone had ideas on how to make guy cloth in women's cloth. I recently made a belly dancing shirt out of old t-shirt (https://imgur.com/EQ4EAfb). any idea is a good idea. It cold be also something less weared for a guy to buy. If anyone has any Ideas I would love to hear theme. I really want to expand my wardrobe.

If I was able to (damn not living alone) I'd probably do it by the 2nd-hand route; Charity shops, eBay and that kind of thing. It may not be overly glamorous but it would probably allow you to build up a wardrobe on a budget (and I doubt charity shops will be busy or ask too many questions either).

If you're OK ruining old white shirts I'd imagine dying them some girlier colours first should be easy enough (hopefully someone else will have more info...like Google

I always feel like I am being judge when I by from a second hand store, So that why I try to buy from places with self check out. Thays a good Idea to dye a white t-shirt.

As maleforyou said charity shops are great. I bought 3 blouses, a skirt, a pair of jeans, and a jacket for about $15. just remember, the cashier won't care or remember you in about 5 minutes. They are too preoccupied.

I recommend searching online for "Upscaling clothes"
or "Upscaled clothes". There are hundreds of tutorials and ideas out there for adding lace and ruffles, converting men's dress shirts into dresses, turning a pair of jeans into a cute bohemian skirt, etc. Especially if you can sew a little!
