So, Im just curious. I've had a Sub for a while, who has agreed to this contract. Names, are obviously redacted, for privacy sake.

Contract

This Contract will ensure that the Submissive (REDACTED) will Obey the Rules and Orders of her Master (REDACTED). In accordance with her Behavior and Obedience, she will be rewarded or Punished, based on her actions, and the reasoning for her actions. Both Master and Submissive agree that this contract, electronically signed is binding and both legal and voluntarily entered into, With the full knowledge it can be terminated at either party's discretion.

-Standards by which the Master is to uphold; These are the static Rules that will apply at any and all times to the Master. These May be added to, upon the agreement of both the Submissive and the Master.
-Under No circumstances is the Master to punish the Submissive, while in a foul tempered or angry mood, so as to remain fair in the punishment being dealt out. (The Submissive may respectfully ask the Master if he is angry without fear of repercussion, when he is detailing out the punishment, so as to ensure this rule is being followed)

So, Now, My question, Involves an explanation. So, After this contract had been signed, On multiple occasions, the Submissive would vanish, for prolonged periods of time, Upwards of weeks, to even as far as a month. Let it be known as well, that the Submissive in question, Had assisted me, in making this contract, to cover as many aspects as we could both imagine. Now, She has yet AGAIN, Vanished, the day after she specifically told me, she would try her hardest, to make sure she checked in daily, as per the contract. And despite several attempts to contact her, She SEEMS (At least from my perspective) That she is blatantly ignoring me.

So, My question, is two fold. The first Part, Is there anyone here, who thinks this contract, Made by myself and the submissive in question, is unfair in any regards, so as to Warrant the submissive being blatantly disobedient of it?

And, If its not unfair, What punishment, as per the contract, do you think she warrants, based on the sole fact of her having vanished for (As of the day of this post) 8 days, Having gotten on the two places I have her contact info and (I assume at least) Having seen my messages to her, and STILL refused to respond, in any way shape or form, Not even to attempt to work out whatever issue there is, or to ask out of the contract?

My first thoughts, without reading the contract, would be that it doesn't matter whether the contract is fair or unfair because she read it and signed it. If she thought it was unfair, then she can just tell you that and discuss the unfair sections together.

Maybe she isn't ready for a contract and wants to stick to casual play. Or maybe, with her permission of course, you could introduce the consensual non-consensual aspect to the contract. For instance, breaking (multiple) rules will result in actions that might affect her daily life. But thisidea she must completely agree upon beforehand when knowing all the risks before you try something.

The last thin, and I don't like to say it, but maybe you should re-consider the sort of relationship you two have if any at all. Currently master and slave, but if she keeps disappearing without the possibility to keep her in line, then there isn't much of M/s going on, I think.

I find it kinda difficult to believe that you found someone who would be willing to do what's included in this, so called, contract.
From what you wrote it seems that both of you have different views on this relationship. For you it seems like it's more or less serious(but really, how can this even come close to being serious?) and the other party is rather immature and treats this whole thing as cum and go.

Answering your questions, this contract doesn't seem unfair but simply ludicrous.
