Need punishment or things to behave me

Hello first I'm a male 38 switcher

I have a little issue that I'd like to consult u about if u will be interested:
Me and my wife have friends (a man and his wife) whom we meet may be every week or every month , we are not that close friends with them but still friends

His wife is not that beautiful and my wife is way prettier than her but unfortunately I had a crush on her so when ever we meet I keep looking at her , kinda with lust or so ,
For my bad luck, my wife noticed that and confronted me , I denied but she kept yelling at me and is not happy with me now but we will still meet that couple anyway

So I decided I should do something like punishment or humiliation every time we meet them either at our home or their home or a resturant or park or whatever , I thought about having an anal plug whenever we meet , or I don't know what else , any ideas that I can whenever we meet them ?
