Soak a padded bra in milk - no washing it. Then get a bath towel and get it soaking wet. Wrap the milk-soaked bra in the wet towel and put them in a plastic bag. Leave this bag in a cool dark place for a day or two. This should give you a good musty smelling bra to wear.

You could wear the same panties for a week, not removing them to pee (or shit - up to you) - to get them very smelly - and if you are at home of course you could leave your pants on as well and rewear them until they get very smelly, maybe a week?

If you want your body to be smelly too, You could go without bathing for a while as well...maybe use some dry shampoo to keep up with your appearance. Or just lie in the bathtub and pee over and over without bathing so the smell soaks into your skin.

Drink lots of coffee and eat asparagus and your pee will get smellier.

Here's an easy one, wear the same outfit for 3 days and work out each day in that outfit. I mean go all out, run 3 miles, pushups, jumping jacks, etc. That should produce some pretty significant BO- combined with idk, edging and cumming constantly in those clothes should produce a very pungent odor. I recommend something of a cotton polyester blend as that tends to retain quite a bit of moisture and smell. Also if you go commando while doing all of this you might make the stench too strong.
