Who Has More Posts?

Simple: post in this thread. Then choose someone with less Getdare posts than you who also posted in this thread. PM them a dare-it can be anything, it can even break their limits. They will have to choose between doing the dare or slapping their balls x times where x is your number of getdare posts.

If no one in the thread has fewer posts than you and you still want to play, PM the person with the most posts and ask them for a dare. You will have to do the dare or slap your balls once for every post of theirs.
