1) Get a butt plug or something similar to that and cover it with toothpaste. (Thick to thin, depending on severity.I think some people can see where I'm going with this.)
2)Put it in and sit on a chair, so it cant come out. (Depending how thick the layer is, it will sting.
3) Spread your legs (I'd put my heels where the bottom of the legsof the chair) Get duct tape and put tape on your crotch so that your clit is fully showing.
4) Using something to spank, spank your clit 50 times, hard. (Masters/Mistresses, you can add more.)

I had this happen to me.. Oww..
