Hey :-)

im planing to go for a little walk arround the city in a few hours. Im shure that i want have my Estim Unit attached to my nipples with me. Its a little bit raining and will be dark when i start so i wont meet many people in the streets.

So i want to heare what mode and intensity should i choose for my Estim Walk. A nice and teasing mode? A painfull mode, Random? Or maybe connect it to my cellphone and listen to some music on youtube?

I think about to walk arround for 20-30 minutes for warmup and maybe add some nice selfbondage after that.

Walk with hands tied behind the back and also set the frequency on high mode
Put any playlist on any app..

Also ,make sure shock at every 2 minutes please....

If you do a 30 mins walk:

10 mins set on Wave, settings 65:70, intensity as high as you can tolerate, try and increase it now and then. Try and get it 5 levels higher by the end of the 10 mins.

Next 10 mins on Pulse, any settings within Pulse as you wish.

Next 5 mins on Milk

Final 5 mins on continuous as high as you can stand it.

When you return from your walk, pick a mode that you find painful, bind your legs together, hands behind your back, turn it up as high as you can stand and then turn it 2 levels past what you would normally stop at. Spend 15 mins like this.
