Silly and Stupid Laws

So I was inspired by BettyBoops 'Fun facts' thread to do this.I hope nobody else has posted this, but I want you to post any stupid laws that you know from were you live or have heard of online.

My personal favourites
There is a possible 25 years in prison for cutting down a cactus.(Arizona)

It is illegal to buy or sell marijuana, but it is legal to smoke it on your own property.(Oregon)

Pedestrians crossing the highways at night must wear tail lights.(Kansas)

No person may walk about in public if he or she has the common cold.(Washington)

I found these online soo..I'd also like to know if these are actually real laws or just a myth?
