For those who like cbt a pouch maybe that ties above the balls. Through an app it constricts and loosens to mimic squeezing. That way you can have public fun or be controlled by others.

My one problem i can see is having a way to ensure you dont cause actual damage/ constrict blood flow.

Alternatively for those who like nipple play, clamps that tighten with an app. Then you can pinch them out and about.
