Dare the person above you to do something with/to their hair - either on their head or anywhere else on their body! You can just accept a dare or set up a challenge/punishment parameter if you want to.

For me:

Challenge - messy shampoo - you choose what I rub into my hair

Punishment - I will shave my pubes

Use a whole jar of curry cooking sauce as shampoo and leave for 1 hour as a bit of a conditioner for your hair.
