Dare: Loser has to do outside dare

Rules are simpel and as always. You post a dare to be done outside and the second person says they are in. Then the third person decides the loser and starts a new game.

I will start. Loser has to walk around naked outside for 10 minutes and the winner gets do decide on another dare to be done afterwards.
