Clothes Pegs CBT

Hello Getdare,

I have a load of clothes pegs and other household objects and wanted to see if anyone has any good tasks to do with them, CBT related or otherwise if you wanna use your imagination!

I look forward to reading through any ideas and maybe trying a few out!

Roll a D10 and put that many pegs on your foreskin. Jerk to get them off. Each one left gets pulled off without opening

Put 20 pegs on your balls and do 20 Jumping Jacks with them. For every peg that falls off or that you can't fit on your balls you have to edge twice with the pegs on.

If you want to provide proof, would love to see that
