For the rest of the month, as long as you are home you must stuff part of each meal into your underwear. The easiest way to do this is to take a portion of whatever you eat and lather it around whatever pair of underwear you are wearing. Keep it on for the rest of the day until night. Then, you will change into a pair of panties if you have them (if not just change into a crossdressing outfit of your choice) and wear them at night until the next morning. Repeat this until May 1st.

Wear a diaper every single day until the end of the month. You must do all business in the diaper. However, instead of simply throwing them in the trash, place your dirty diapers around your room and you may only dispose of them at the end of the month.
