I would suggest a training schedule with some break say- Total 6 months training consist of two semester of 3 months each.
Each semester will have total 8 topics, for each topic trainers will train her for 10 days each which will followed by a 1 day exam. So total 88 days out of 90 days (3 months), 2 day will be leave. The second semester will have same schedule
