Enema dares/ punishments

I am curious about getting enema bag and trying different enema recipes. As soon as I move on my own house I will be buying the enema bag, it would be nice to have many different dares to do when I get it. I would like to get some nice enemas and some really painful enemas to do as a punishment. As soon as I do them, I will post detailed report.

I wouldn't recommend doing 75% of these because they I don't think sand, gravel or salt is good for your digestive track.

If you never had an enema before then you should start with a lukewarm water enema (500ml) and try to keep it in for as long as possible! Too hot or too cold water can cause awful cramps. Don't force yourself the first time. Move a bit around, jump a few times before releasing yourself. And if you own a buttplug then plug yourself!
Afterwards you'll get the hang on what you like and not.
