I haven't been shopping yet, but I have done the enemas as instructed. I boiled the kettle and made sure the water I used for the first one was very warm. I took it slowly and made sure to prolong it. I tried to keep it inside for as long as I could, but I only managed 2 minutes. I then did the same for the second and lasted just under 5 minutes.
