Till I logged in now there had become, due to other issues, two TORD sections: one normal, and one adult only. Now they seem to have been conflated again.

Why?

I just noticed this too. I suspect it became too tedious for moderators to move all of the 18+ requests to the adult section. It seemed like there were so many clearly 18+ threads that people put in the <18 section either because they didn't know or weren't paying attention. I guess they determined that <18 users asking for sexual dares were less common and therefore easier to police, maybe?

I'm still not entirely clear about what the standards are for inappropriate dares, other than "sexual", but I do think re-merging the sections may make it easier for moderators.
