21F "Reverse potty training"
So basically I'm very interested in trying some reverse potty training and am looking for some ideas on how to go about it, some dares to help with it, or even someone who is experienced in this who wants to help. I'm aware how impractical this could be but it's something I really want. Preferably only bladder, however I'd be down for doing all the way and having no control over either

Maybe you could try bedwetting as part of it. If you dont want to make a mess diapers would help. Drink 1 or 2 litres of water before bed and dont let yourself go to the toilet. Eventually after a while you may piss yourself in the night. Is this the sort of thing your after?
Another idea could be giving in to any urge to use the toilet. Might shrink your bladder/the muscles

I've been working on giving in to every urge to pee, wearing diapers most of the time so I can just let go when I feel it. Can't say I've noticed much progress but I did figure this would be a slow thing

Use your toilet more often. Even if you don't need to. Every hour. Once more before leaving home and already dresses. And the first thing when back home before taking off a jacket or anything.

It's about using the toilet as often as you can and becoming comfortable with peeing when you're not on the toilet. The technique is to meet your need to relieve yourself immediately so you de train your sphincter muscles and make yourself less capable of holding for long periods of time. You'll also need to practice peeing in other locations. The shower, the garden, in a nappy, Lyng down... and so on.
