Book 19F - Desperately need help studying!!

Hello everyone.

I'm Iris and I've been on here for a few months now, having my fun with the person above threads and the PM dares.

I was originally planning to wait till I was done with my exams to post a thread, but I seem to require your assistance beforehand.
I'm not sure if anyone would be interested in the idea but I have to try.

I have a major exam coming up in the first week of June (3rd to be precise). I really need to do well in it. It's just that I've spent so much time obsessing over it at this point that I can't seem to let go of the anxiety enough to actually practice for it.
I'm supposed to be giving mock tests everyday but every time I start I can barely get through 3 questions before I give up.

I'm hoping the good people of getdare can help me out a little.
Set some rules up for me or punishments if I score under a particular percentage in the mock tests, stuff along those lines.
Although my main aim right now is to be able to sit through a whole 3 hour mock test before I get to the scores part.

I've seen some other people make add threads so it's easier for punishments to come through. I’ve thought about it but I couldn't figure out how to fit that with what I require at the moment; but if anyone had any ideas for something like that I would be open to it.

If you have some general tips apart from kinky stuff that’s most welcome too.

Also if you have any questions about anything please let me know.

sounds like you need a punishment every time you dont finihs one of those tests...


Roll a dice befor sating the test.

1-2. 10
3-4. 15
5-6. 10


Now you start the test.
if you stop it or break it of look at the time thats left.

if its above 2 houres multiply by 3 if its above 1 houre multiply by two.

aply the required amount of lashes with a belt or a chaging cord to her ass

Do you have any idea why you give up your mock exam after 3 questions? Have you ever found anxiety effecting your studies before?

My task is the next time you start a mock exam and feel like giving up take some time to think about why you feel like that. If you haven't completed the exam (unless you are taking a break) for 15 minutes after answering your last question you will do nothing else besides look at your exam. Perhaps the boredom will help you to push through.

If you're feeling burnt out with studying the pomodoro technique might help. It's not for everyone though, if you're someone who doesn't like interruptions.

Sounds like you're way too nervous and getting psyched out from the difficulty of it.

I would recommend you try relaxation techniques. Meditation, breathing exercises. It might help to work out for a bit, then hit the mock exam. Exercise will give you a serious boost, even if you're just jogging 20 minutes a day! There's a ton written on meditation, and you can try Sam Harris' app Waking Up (no, I dont like him personally, but its a good resource). If you need help with it, I can guide you through it as well.

As for the tasks itself.... Do the ol' reward and punishment routine!

Every question you answer, give yourself a reward for 5 minutes. You can stuff your dirty panties in your mouth and give yourself a little pat on the head or any other sensitive area Call yourself a good little student slut. Pick through the list of pm dares you have, do a quick one. Or maybe watch a porn clip you like and edge.

Set a timer for 10/15 minutes or whatever is reasonable. If you can't do the question within the timeframe, start writing lines. "I need to do this exam" or something similar. "Good girls study hard and play harder". If that doesn't motivate you after 5 minutes, go take a cold shower, do some pushups/crunches or stretch for 5 minutes. Take 20 minutes to meditate or just focus on your breath. Do an edge. And unless you can finish the entire mock exam, you're denied, until you actually can complete it.

It might help to get yourself an accountability buddy/dom. Someone who you can chat/text with when you start getting bored and want to procrastinate, and someone who will tell you to go do whatever it is you need to do. I'm off for the next couple of days, so I can do that.

If you take your tests online take them naked.

Every point behind your required %age = hours you must spend naked the next day. Also next day no alcohol, TV, nor chocolates.

I Don't think doing something you find exciting as a punishment is a good idea plus it will make you horny while you should study

How about you limit your screentime (for non studying purposes). Like you take %[of the answers you answered ] and divide that by 30, the result of that equation is the time in hours you get to spend on your phone/pc for social media, YouTube etc. Once you were able to sit through an entire test, you will change it up, and calculate using the % of the score. So 60% correct answers would result in 2h max screentime. Feel free to adjust the modifier.
Also a general tip is to don’t freak out about exams, you probably are smart enough to get through it even if it’s difficult, so just try to relax and think you can do it. Ofc I wish you best luck on your exams.

1: Study in public. Go to library or coffee shop with ONLY your study materials. You must study for at least 3 hours OR take the mock test. This will help in general.

2: If you need more impetus. Go wearing up to 5 pieces of clothing. If you get distracted and stop studying or your mind wanders for more than 30 seconds...remove an item of clothing. Again, you will study for 3 hours in a public place. You can have one 5 minute break every hour. Outside of that...mind wanders...take off a piece of clothing. Even better...wear cheap stuff and throw it away. Hope you dont end up naked. Once clothing is gone...it should be gone for good. Or...bring a back up outfit that is humiliating and slutty. You either go home with what clothes you have left...or wear the (at most 2 piece) outfoot. Shoes count. You end up barefoot...you are barefoot. Better study!

I am definitely going to do a test tomorrow and I'll try this out and let you know how it goes.

I've always been an anxious person and it has just multiplied many folds the more I've been put into stressful situations.

I'm gonna try this trick out the next few times, hopefully I bore myself into finishing it.

I do practice pomodoro when I'm studying or solving questions, but it's harder to do that during a test considering they are time bound and require most of my attention.

Yes I think exercise might help too. I've been too lazy for my own good. I've actually started going swimming everyday.

I like the idea of the reward system, I might modify it a little to catch some break time after the test. I'll PM with you the details of what I come up with if you want.

I do take the practice tests online so I'll try this out tomorrow. I'll let you know how to do in the test.

Just a doubt, do I set a mark below which I lose the privileges or do you mean each day after a test, because ideally I'll be giving them everyday.

Precisely. I don't plan to actually do any punishments during the time anyways. It would be too distracting. More like actual punishments after I'm done with the test to get me better for the next time.

That would be effective, but so hard, I'll probably start a little lower and see how it goes a couple times, before I fix something up.

And thank you very much. I do feel like a little more confidence in myself would help, I've gotten this far already.

This would be quite humiliating, and I'll be honest the idea scares me and gets me wet all at the same time. As embarrassing as it might end up being I'm intrigued. I'll probably drive up a little further away from where I live and try this out this weekend. I will not attempt a test. Maybe do some physics instead. I'll let you know how it goes whenever I end up building the courage for it. (This would be my first time trying anything remotely public.) And I mean if I'm too scared I just have to study right?

Hello. Studies are going fine. As you would've seen in my signature I'm trying to do 8 hours a day apart from my classes. I've gotten to a constant 6 at least, so nothing below that, but 8 is still a milestone. I do plan to increase those hours once I get to a consistent 8 hours.


I hope all of this was enough of an update for now seeing as I was pretty busy this weekend. I will put up another update if you guys wish after I do the test tomorrow. Let me know.

How about any day you don't do the studying you are meant to you set your alarm for 6am - the next day you are getting up, going for a 4 mile run and then having a cold shower before getting dressed. That should both give you an incentive and help you be in the right frame of mind to study.

Never found the idea to do distracting things for making someone concentrate a good idea (it is not like punishment for not doing chores were it can work), but general learning tips:

- Setting times when to learn and following them is a good idea, that said keep in mind that concentrating over hours is exhausting, several shorter learning phases can be more effective than one long one. So instead of doing 8 hours 2 times 2-3 hours can be more effective even though it is less time overall

Another general tip for studying - you absorb information better if you sleep after studying. Something about how during the day, you're just piling information in your brain, and sleeping actually lets your brain put everything in it's place and build connections. Breaking up your study time into chunks where you can do something after, get a nap and come back refreshed is going to be more effective than just going full cram mode.

I usually do try to sit for sets of 3 hours along with the pomodoro technique.

Yeah cramming doesn't work. As I said 3 sets of 3 hours ish is the goal. I'm not much of a sleeper, but I suppose I could structure subjects in a way that they might land with important stuff before a nap for a couple times to see how it helps. Thank you for the input.
