Yes, several times. I often wondered if there was something wrong with me. I have thought that I am not normal, that I should be a strong man. This has twice led to me throwing my women's clothes in the trash. I then managed to suppress my desires for some time. Eventually, however, the need to crossdress always came back and was too strong.

Is a phase of life, a fun esperience, or inner necessity of inner femeale side of personality?

I am not sure. But I also, as I just told you, just have a need to put on women's clothes. I don't want to do it 24 hours a day, but regularly.

I had a period of maybe six months last year where I didn't wear women's clothing. This was one of the phases in which I tried to suppress this need. The rest of the year I wore women's clothes several times a week, panties almost every day.

I have thought about it many times and I am sure I will do it eventually. But it is a big step. I have clothes that I could wear outside, at least as long as it's not cold winter. I have virtually no experience with makeup yet, so it might still fail to pass for a woman. I hope to succeed eventually.

I am not sure what I need to be more accepting of myself. But I think I just need to be braver and accept new experiences. If I get positive reactions, it will probably be easier for me to accept myself.

I can't imagine my partner supporting a sissy lifestyle. It's pretty much the opposite of what my partner wants. How often do you work out?

It's funny that you're asking about this right now. I used to run long distance frequently, but have been lazy for several years now. Last week I decided it was time to do something about my anterior pelvic tilt. So I have been doing exercises for about 20 minutes a day for a week now to get this under control and improve my posture.

As an aside, if you still have conflicted or shameful feelings about your sexuality, a hand written journal can help, both to write those feelings out, and to look back on yourself with tenderness over time. Handwriting helps as it forces you to slow down and articulate. It's also more physically tiring and tension relieving than just tapping on keys, and is generally a more integrated process. I can't prove it, but believe that there's more going on in the brain when handwriting because of this, which is beneficial in and of itself. Also, because it becomes both physical and concentrated, it pushes the body to rest, rather than laying awake thinking without doing, which is exhausting but denies rest, for example.
