I have a week to work from home (work policy for pandemics) and I've been wanting to try this for a long time. I've read an article about how unnecessary showering is and how the body starts to adapt after some time.

So I was thinking about rules for being kept dirty. I tend to sweat a lot so it's not easy for me to stay without showering but as I'll spend most of this week in home I'll try.

I expect full rules about how to wear, how to clean myself (if allowed) and what to do. The only exception is to clean my privates once a day to avoid infections.

I'll try to report everyday about the evolution of the dare

At the start of the week pick out two tops, one skirt, one pair of leggings, one bra and two pairs of panties. You can interchange these any way you like during the week but cannot wash them or wear anything else..

Also, an emergency get out - if you feel like you absolutely need to have a shower, you are allowed to use cold water from a hose in the garden, if you strip down first. This is assuming this is even an option for you.
