I am a henna artist and I have already known too many cases of people having allergic reactions that left them scarred, or that even suffered anaphylactic shock, due to using black henna and premade henna cones/tubes.

Henna is a paste made with natural ingredients, so it has to be made and kept under certain conditions to guarantee its safety (be kept in the fridge/freezer, be made with only natural ingredients...). But premade henna cones are filled with artificial dyes and chemicals to ensure it stains even when it should normally have surpassed its natural life. Those chemicals and dyes are strong carcinogens and can be very harsh allergens, and can scar you for years.
Black henna is even worse because it contains PPD, which is a chemical fobidden in several countries due to how dangerous it can be for anybody's health.

And the worst part of this is that those chemicals in premade and in black henna are build-up allergens, meaning that the more you use them, the more chances you have of developing a very serious allergic reaction to them.

Please please please, stay safe and if you want to play with temporary tattooing, use either natural handmade henna, natural jagua, or bodypaint.
