Without knowing what toys you have to work with, I can only say that you will:
spend 30 minutes a day doing finger progression. (start with one finger in your ass and add another and another until you have all 4 and your thumb inside)

When you have all of your fingers inside you will then spread your fingers apart and hold your ass open for 20 seconds repeating for 5(X) reps where "X" is whatever day you are on max 12. (note, this is after the finger progression time is up)
