Have you ever unintentional injured yourself whilst having sex?

I have never been injured during sex but I do have to be careful when having sex due to a damaged spine so there are only a few ways I can have sex comfortably .

I've had my frenulum torn when receiving oral sex from a girl. There was lots of blood and it was sore for a while but nothing lasting.
