I think this is a really interesting question.

"If you were to come up with a new, kinky museum, what would you come up with?"
A 'Museum of the Rise of Femdom' would probably work really well.

"What kind of kinks and/or fetishes would the museum be about?"
It could incorporate both the general rise of feminism in vanilla-culture and the rise of femdom, general feminine-comfortable, and male-chastity fetishes, plus the interactions with cuckoldism and cuckqueanism and the transgender movement.

"Would there be any special exhibits?"
Every museum has special exhibits. Maybe now it would be something like 'The Revival of Burlesque' or something like that, and another season it would be a specific artist of interest.

"Would there be any specific rules for the people visiting?"
As much as I'd like the fantasy, it's still a museum in a practical sense; if there's any touching or anything, it would need to be cordoned off very carefully, as with anything open to the public.

"What else is special about this museum?"
The attention-getter for the admission could be that any woman can get an accompanying man in at a discount, just like a child at other museums.
