Pain challenge-no backing out once you open!!!!

You have opened this despite its name. Hopefully you don't regret this!

Do every pain dare listed in this thread. If you succeed, post a new pain dare you have completed and then come back to complete this again in one week. If you chicken out, PM the person who made a pain dare you could not complete; you have to do any 4 dares they give you, no exceptions.

Write dares for guys. Acceptable substitutions for ladies to complete this:
Balls==>Boobs
Penis==>Vagina
Anal==>Choice of Anal or vaginal
If something doesn't work right like that, be creative and figure something out

First pain dare for this challenge:

Heat a bowl of water in the microwave for 5 minutes. Then drop your balls into the water. Doesn't have to be for long, but balls must hit the bottom of the bowl.
