I don't think it's a difficult question nor does it indicate someone isn't adventurous if they haven't. In fact, from a health standpoint I'd say getting stuff stuck up there that doesn't belong up there can lead to some pretty bad stuff. Plus many people's vaginas aren't that deep to lose anything, plus depending on the size and shape of thing you should be able to feel when something is off about your vagina.

if something is quite small and You have it for long time there it can be "undetectable", so You can forget about it.
For many stuffing anything inside will not effect with horrible infection. Of course You have to take care ofcleanliness of this stuff. I never had problems and my girls too.
