GetFIT December!
We're back again for Decembers GetFIT challenge! After stuffing ourselves silly for Thanksgiving, it a time to get back on the horse and finish off the year getting healthy!
This challenge will last from December 1st to December 31st! Our goal is to reach 100 points! This month I'd also like everyone to pick one personal goal and try to accomplish it by the end of the month! I'd like each person who joins to post in at least once a week, and post their progress and also just help motivate your other players! We will be tracking our steps, water, sleep, calorie intake, and exercise! There are lots of different apps and fitness trackers you can use, including myfitnesspal, google fit, samsung fit, fitbit, etc How do you earn points? Same as last time! You earn one point for the following: 10,000 steps in a day 64oz water 7 hours of sleep Staying at/under your calorie goal Every 30 minutes of exercise You lose one point for the following: Going over your calorie goal Every 2 days of not exercising Not posting a check in every week on the thread So, what happens if I DONT make it to 100 points? Well, for that you must deal with the consequences! For each point under 100 at the end of the month, you must: Spend X amount of days in denial Participate in one dare thread on the site Give yourself X amount of spanks I hope everyone has fun with this! Again, we start on December 1st and go until December 31st!!

I'm in, with bells on.
Going to be super strict with food, with the exception of three days; my birthday, Christmas day and New Year. I'll still take the loss, but not applying my other restrictions which would be pointless on a feast day. Will be exercising more, too, and will again not weigh myself until the end of the month. My goal is to keep working on my stamina, and reach the 10k steps more than I did last round (only managed 4/5 times) without it taking me out. More pumping iron now my bench is all painted up and rebuilt. Also want to get my written work ready, which may or may not be recorded in this or another thread, depending on whether it tanks. I was challenged by StrawDog to join this and I decided to start it with you all. Although the only thing I refuse to do is the calorie limiting part all the other parts I can do easy.

I don't think I am going to join in for December but I wish everyone luck. Also I would use myfitnesspal or a similar app. Most of them will have calories for many chain restaurants. Plus you can always find something similar to call close enough.

Sorry I didnt post on this yesterday! I've been out of town this weekend and haven't had much time to write a forum post!
Sadly that also means my first day on the challenge didnt do too well. Zero points so far! Oh well. I hope everyone has fun and gets some enjoyment out of this!

In real terms, though, I've not improved that much, and only made 10k steps in a day once this week, which is not good. I was hoping for 2/3 times a week. Day 07: Water +2 Sleep +1 Food +1 Exercise +4 Day: 8 Total: 51 Good luck, all.
