so either you put down your own dares, or you can "vote" for a dare. for example "I vote for the dare in post #12". whichever dare gets the highest vote will be my dare to pick, unless it violate the rules above, which I will pick the runner up. if there are two dares with the same vote, I will pick the earlier dare. please note that I have one vote too.
