Ok, wear a coat, a darkly coloured thong under really tight, see-trough leggings. Your panties have to be be clearly visible through the fabric. Add to this a sheer, tight top with no bra. Choose a warm, thick but short jacket that mustn't cover your hips and bum. You're allowed to wear a skarf and hat, but your boobs mustn't be covered and your jacket needs to be wide open indoors and on the train. When shopping for shoes, bend over slowly and give everybody a good show. Before you take the train back home, loose the panties.

Wear a completely different outfit by the time you get home. You can buy stuff while you're out or bring it but everything including shoes and socks must be different. You must also change only one item at a time and in different places each time, outdoors only.

If you're going sightseeing then the only outfit I can recommend is that little British flag Spice Girls dress. Nice and patriotic. Make sure you that it's just a little too short to fully cover your bum and pair it with some thigh high boots.

I like the idea of you wearing a really skimpy thin summer dress with spaghetti straps and hem mid-thigh with either platforms or flip-flops. Nothing else, no underwear. Bare-armed and shouldered. You could have a coat with you if it rained but otherwise just wear that. Hopefully would feel fresh and energising with the sun out albeit a bit chilly…
