Default Help me exercise!

I’m trying to get into the habit of being healthier and the other day I finally ordered a treadmill!!

And while I’m excited to use it, I also know that I am incredibly lazy. Does anyone have any fun tasks for me to make it less boring? lol

It’s just a small, fold away thing. No rail to hold onto and it only gets up to 3 mph.

I love the idea of weigh ins having rewards, but i also know myself and that won’t end well XD. But it’ll definitely be on my mind as I desperately wish for more clothing ❤️

Time to walk 2 miles while your wrists are bound behind your back.

You can reduce this to 1 mile IF you insert a large toy/object into your cunt and secure it with a crotch rope THAT also attaches to your wrists behind your back.

Write down on a piece of paper how far you want to walk for this challenge. Distance matters more than time it takes. Further the better.

Gag yourself with a pair of panties and tape. Apply a collar and bind your wrists to your collar. Blindfold yourself as well.

Now Walk. Walk as much as you can until you can't. The longer the better though of course. Speed is your choice, but it'll be tough to change once you are bound and walking.

Once you stop, the challenge is over.

Time to find out if you get punished or rewarded. The distance to your goal is how we will grade you.
  • 1+ mile from goal = 1 Hour Naked Mile Walk going 1mph WHILE still in the same bondage PLUS your breasts bound tight.
  • .75-1 mile from goal = 1 Hour Naked Mile Walk going 1mph
  • .5-.75 mile from goal = 30min Naked Mile Walk going 2mph
  • .25-.5 mile from goal = 20min Naked Mile Walk going 3mph
  • .10-.25 mile from goal = 20min Clothed Mile Walk going 3mph
  • Goal achieved = 1 ruined orgasm while in a hogtie
  • .10-.25 mile passed the goal = 1 orgasm while in a hogtie
  • .25-.5 mile passed the goal = 1 orgasm while in a frogtie and wrists bound behind the back
  • .5-.75 mile passed the goal = 1 orgasm unbound, but handsfree

Hey AW,
I hope you get many enjoyable tasks from others. Please be careful not to hurt yourself in the high heels on the treadmill. I know it maxes at only 3 mph but improper footwear, or too much exercise when you haven't built up to that (distance, intensity, etc.) yet, on exercise machines can cause injuries or blisters so use discernment on all tasks. And people can be clumsy regardless of weight, so if you have good balance great, but if not make sure not to hurt yourself on tasks that require more of it.

Hopefully, you can upgrade your treadmill if it goes well with this one. If cost is an issue, sometimes a friend, friend of a friend, or family member, garage sale, thrift store, or website lists people who are trying to sell their decent condition treadmill simply because they are getting another machine. And usually you can get a sense of when someone takes good care of their belongings in general besides just looking at it too.

So good luck on your exercise journey. It takes time and patience and gradually improved habits, but don't stress or overthink it, that's counterproductive. Step by step. Pun intended. A journey of a thousand miles starts with one step. Then there's a thousand more miles of adventure

Make the best of each moment regardless it's hue. And wish you the best!

I may drop a task down the line if I think of something good enough. But honestly, I usually just place it near the TV and watch some series I'm interested in watching, or something on my phone instead.

Don’t worry. As much as I want my new exercise to be sexy, safety absolutely comes first. I’ll be sure to get used to the machine and my walking weight/balance before I bind my hands.

I tried it out tonight, and realized how much I can’t walk in a straight line lol I managed half a mile and only almost fell once cause I turned my head suddenly to look at my cat.

But now I’m a bit more familiar with the machine, a bit more familiar with how to walk on it. So I can be super careful and build up to have some super sexy weekends ❤️❤️

Ugh just when I thought everything was calm in my life, I have a roller coaster of a week and suddenly it’s Thursday afternoon when I meant to post this Monday morning D:

I got everything together on Sunday morning to start my new workout. I had my kitten heels, some rope, and my large insertable dildo. Here’s a dare I think you’ll like:
Before you start on the treadmill, make yourself a corset as best you can out of plastic wrap. It should push up only on the bottom half of your udders, so that the nipple is exposed and your udders are as high up as possible. The first mile will be in heels at 1 mph. Then for the second make it 2mph but you’ll take off your heels and do high knees for as long as you can. Questions, comments, concerns?
